Approaches
My therapeutic approach is integrative, informed by intersectional feminism and centred around the individual. We will work together to highlight your strengths, enhance your wellbeing, and examine how your environment affects you. Counselling methods may draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, and creative techniques.

As a Counsellor, I do not provide a diagnosis, suggest medication or provide specialised psychological treatment such as EMDR. Please speak to you GP if you require these services.
Clients
I am currently only seeing people aged 18+.

All clients will have an intake interview to see if we are a good match for counselling. Sometimes I won't be the right fit for you, that's OK.

Sessions
I provide counselling services primarily online, or in person through walk-and-talk sessions. The frequency of sessions is flexible and depends on your personal goals. Counselling is usually short-term from 6-25 sessions.
Fees
$110 per 50 minute session.

As a Counsellor, I do not accept Medicare Mental Health Plans and my fee is comparable to the gap you would pay on a plan.

I do offer lower cost services of $70 per session to clients experiencing financial hardship, but have a limited amount of appointments available per week for these clients and offer them on telehealth only. Please indicate on intake if this is required.
